S.I.T.I.M. Ltd grants a 20-year long experience gained in the sector of the "AUTOMOTIVE" metalworking industry.
The structure makes use of secure professionalism and experienced collaborators thanks to the acquired know-how.
Our core business is divided into three areas:
PRODUCTION
- PRODUCTION of various components for the AUTOMOTIVE sector, through mounting, assemblies and ultrasonic welding;
- PRODUCTION of coupling of various types of materials, using a water-based vinyl glue which we conceived;
- PRODUCTION of bags for packaging with the use of different materials such as low medium and high density HD / LD polyethylene, PE bubble wrap and polyethylene FOAM;
- PRODUCTION of light fixtures with LED technology for the automotive, industrial and civil sector, with our own brand.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
S.I.T.I.M. is proud of having conceived, designed, developed:
- an innovative product on the market, which specifically relates to the formulation and application of a water-based vinyl glue, for applications in the coupling of diverse material;
- a plastic hook defined as polyamide polymer and abbreviated in PA66, dedicated to the sector AUTOMOTIVE, which is applied in the productive process for the painting of car bodies and for replenishing of the car passenger door.
SERVICES
The company is able to offer technical assistance, on behalf
of our customers, at the following establishments: Fiat Auto
Cassino, Fip Pomigliano, Sevel Atessa, Mirafiori,
Maserati-Omg and Sata Melfi.
It also offers a technical-qualitative, immediate, flexible and
effective support in the areas of the industrial management
of the product and in the improvement of quality and
production control systems.
